Put the booking page on your website
Copy a ready-made code snippet to embed your booking page in your own site, on Wix, or behind a Book Now button.
Your booking page works on its own at its link, but most customers find you on your own website. PartyPad gives you three snippets of code to bring the booking page there.
Where to find the code
- Open Booking Page.
- Make sure Accept online bookings is on and saved. The code only appears once the page is live. See Set up your booking page.
- Under your booking link, find the three boxes: Embed on your website, Embed on Wix, and "Book Now" button.
- Select Copy next to the one you want, then paste it into your site.
Embed on your website
Use this on WordPress, Squarespace, a custom-built site, or any site that lets you paste HTML.
Paste it where the booking form should appear, such as a "Book Online" page. The embedded page grows to fit its content, so your visitors scroll your page as usual, not a box inside it. When the customer goes to pay, Stripe's payment page opens in the full browser window.
Most site builders have a block called "Custom HTML", "Code" or "Embed" for this.
Embed on Wix
Wix places embedded code in a fixed-size box that can't grow, so it gets its own snippet.
- In the Wix editor, choose Add, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Paste the Embed on Wix code.
- Stretch the box to the full width of the page and make it about 1000px tall on desktop and about 1200px on mobile.
The booking page scrolls inside that box.
"Book Now" button
This is a plain blue button that opens your booking page in a new browser tab. Use it in a header, on a rentals page, or anywhere you'd rather link out than embed. It works on any site that accepts HTML, including Wix.
Other places to share the link
The same booking link works anywhere a link does:
- your Facebook and Instagram profiles and posts,
- your Google Business Profile,
- text messages and email signatures.
The Booking page card also shows a QR code you can screenshot for flyers, yard signs and the side of the trailer.
Send customers back to your site
Enter Your website on the Booking Page settings and save. After a customer pays, or leaves checkout without paying, they get a link back to it.
If the embed doesn't show
- Check that Accept online bookings is still on. A paused page shows "This booking page isn't available" inside your site.
- On Wix, check that you used the Embed on Wix snippet, not the general one, and that the box is tall enough.
- Make sure you pasted the whole snippet, from the opening
<to the closing>.
