What the app does
It is the crew side of the software your company already runs. Here is what you get once they invite you.
Your jobs on a map
See the day's stops laid out, filter to what's yours, and accept a task from the map without calling anyone.
Set your availability
Tell your company which days and hours you can work, and update it whenever your week changes.
Mileage log
Record odometer readings per task across your own vehicles, so the miles are written down when you need them.
Push notifications
Get told on your phone when a task is assigned to you or the details of one change.
Face or fingerprint unlock
Open the app with biometrics instead of typing a password at the back of a truck.
Paperwork you can sign
Complete and e-sign the onboarding documents your company sends, from the app.
How It Works
There is no application to fill out here. It starts with your company.
Your company invites you
A rental company you already work with emails you an invite. That link is the only way into the app.
Install the app
Download PartyPad for iOS or Android and sign in with the account your invite created.
Get the appTake the jobs you're offered
Your company assigns or offers tasks. Accept them in the app and follow the route to each stop.
Log the work
Close out each task with your mileage and notes. Your company handles pay on their own terms.
How reviews work
After a task, your company can record a review against it. Here is exactly what that review holds — nothing is hidden from you, and PartyPad neither writes these nor acts on them.
Did you show up?
A yes/no on attendance for the task.
Were you on time?
A yes/no on arriving inside the scheduled window.
Quality, 0 to 5
A star rating for the work itself. Your average across reviews is what your company sees on your profile.
Notes
Free-text context from whoever reviewed the task — the detail behind the rating.

Stop assigning work pending a conversation.
The recommendation is a note from your company to itself about whether to keep offering you work. It is their call, not a score PartyPad calculates or enforces.

Put in what your company pays per task and how many you expect to take.
PartyPad does not set this and does not pay it — your company does.
