For your drivers and setup crew
The bounce house crew app your drivers actually open
Your crew is the business on a Saturday. They should not have to scroll a group text to find the gate code.
The PartyPad crew app gives each driver their stops, the details for each one, and what it pays. You stop being the routing layer between six people and a phone.
The demo is a real workspace with sample bookings. No signup, no card.
What the crew gets
Their stops, in order
Address, customer contact, equipment list and your notes for every delivery, setup and pickup assigned to them.
Open stops they can claim
Post a stop as open and a qualified contractor can claim it from the app. Skills on the stop decide who can take it.
Pay per task, visible up front
Each stop shows what it pays before it is accepted. Fewer arguments on Monday.
On iOS and Android
The crew app is on the App Store and Google Play. Contractors sign up, you approve them, and they are on the roster.
Questions operators ask
- Do my contractors pay for the app?
- No. The crew app is free to download. Your team members count toward your plan, and the free plan covers up to 25.
- Can I approve contractors before they get work?
- Yes. A new contractor waits for your approval, and you can suspend one at any time.
- Does it track where the crew is?
- While a route is running, crew locations show on your dashboard map so you can see who is closest to a problem.
- Does PartyPad take a cut of my bookings?
- No. There is no commission on your bookings on any plan. Online payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its normal processing fee.
