Dispatch and delivery scheduling
Party rental dispatch software for the Saturday route
Six deliveries, three drivers, one trailer. Most rental software stops at the booking. The route still runs from a whiteboard and a group text.
PartyPad is built around that route. You dispatch from the office or the cab of the truck, and every driver sees exactly their stops.
The demo is a real workspace with sample bookings. No signup, no card.
The controls for the route
Stops on the driver's phone
Each stop carries the address, the contact, the equipment list, your notes and what the stop pays. No more reading the day off a screenshot.
Reassign from a parking lot
A driver drops on a peak Saturday. Hand his stops to someone else from your phone, and every detail goes with them.
Hourly capacity by crew
Online bookings are capped by how many crews you run each hour. You stop selling a 10am delivery you cannot make.
Live map and completion times
Watch the crews move on the map. Each stop comes back marked complete with a time on it.
Questions operators ask
- Can drivers pick up open stops themselves?
- Yes. Unassigned stops can be claimed in the crew app by contractors who have the skills the stop requires.
- Do I get notified when a stop is finished?
- Yes. Completion is recorded with a time as soon as the driver marks it, and it shows on the dashboard.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan covers up to 25 team members with unlimited scheduling, and it does not expire. The paid plan adds QuickBooks Online sync, automation templates, reports and an unlimited team.
- Does PartyPad take a cut of my bookings?
- No. There is no commission on your bookings on any plan. Online payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its normal processing fee.
