Event Rental Systems Pricing (2026): Plans, Fees and What You Actually Pay

The number on the plan card is where the bill starts, not where it ends. A hosting fee arrives once a year. A setup fee arrives once. The feature you assumed was included sits one tier up. Read the whole page before you compare it to anything.

How ERS charges

Plans are tiered by features, with an under-50-items and an over-50-items price view; listed prices are starting prices.

PlanPriceNotes
Launchfrom $79.95/moListed for fewer than 10 items. Online booking, basic website, notifications, inventory.
Standardfrom $149.95/moAdds route planning, the driver app, CRM, quotes, roles.
Profrom $249.95/moAdds advanced pricing rules, territory management, QuickBooks, TaxCloud and MailChimp.
Elitefrom $399.95/moAdds multi-location management and a premium website.

On top of the plan

  • All plans have an extra annual hosting fee of $99.
  • A one-time setup fee applies, covering configuration, initial training and getting the website ready.
  • Month-to-month is available, with no long-term contract required.

Work out your own number

  1. Pick the plan for your yard as it will be at the end of next season, not today.
  2. Add every module or higher tier you would actually turn on. Read the plan list for the features you assumed were included.
  3. Spread any yearly or one-time fee over twelve months.
  4. Add what your payment processor takes on a typical month of deposits.

That total is the number to compare, not the price on the plan card.
